Sunday's silence online meditation is for you. It's for me. It's for everyone. It's time. Time for you. Time to quieten the mind and the noise. Destress throughout the day, gain greater clarity and take a moment to breathe again.
The meditations are short (ish), designed to fit into your day and still have the impact that they need to have.
When we are stressed we don't remember as well, it effects our health and we just don't function as our whole self. That might manifest as being snappier or just unhappier. Meditation for 10 minutes, most days can have a radical impact on reducing that stress.
But Sunday's silence isn't just about de-stressing, it's about more. Find your creativity again, increase self awareness by understanding the noise, putting yourself first and making a choice to be the best version of you.
Why join Sunday's silence? The most obvious answer is: you don't have to leave the comfort of your office or home to meditate with someone. But you are also joining a community of like minded souls, others who are striving for a better version of themselves. Having a time that you have to schedule in your diary makes you more accountable and likely to actually do it.
Who should join Sunday's silence? Anyone who wants to learn to come back into balance and to quieten the noise. If you meditate regularly for longer than 20 minutes at a time, then this might not be for you. But give it a try. If you are new to meditation. Welcome. I'll support you on your journey. We run the occasional face to face and how to meditate programs.
What is Sunday's silence?
Because you deserve to put yourself first and be the best version of yourself. Meditation can help. We will do guided and breathe meditations. This is a community where we meditate together, but instead of in a studio, it's over Facebook live. You can see me, but I can't see you. At the moment, there are 4 meditations a week, at varying times to make it accessible for different people's needs. My favourite is the lunchtime meditation, as it forces me to take time out of my day and breath again, with you.

Meditation is for everyone and anyone. You don't need any special tools or clothes. Just you and your breath. If you think you can't meditate, that's not true. It's about practice, you're training a new muscle after all. Whenever you start something new it feels challenging. For some, it can be the same with meditation. I run guided and breath meditations, which makes it easier for those who are new as you have something to focus on, but my aim is to also support your to build your practice, so you can use the techniques throughout the day.
A little about Facebook live. You can see me, but I can't see you. So if you are wearing your PJs, haven't done your hair or just don't want to be seen, then this is ideal for you. I won't even know you're there, unless you post a comment. I'll be meditating with you, so if you open your eyes to look at the screen, you'll see me with my eyes closed as well.

Most meditations start off the same, so if you are running a minute or two late, you can still join. If you missed that meditation, you can still meditate by watching the video. It will be available on the FB page for a week after.
We use Paypal or Stripe in the store. They are both secure methods of payment. We do not hold or view your credit card information, it is passed through to these sites.
