I didn't realise it would be so hard to switch off my phone. I've done a digital diet before, but not just as I was starting a business. I hadn't realised how often I checked my phone - social media, messages, emails......and just checking it.

But as the day wore on, the anxiety that I felt being tethered to my phone became less needy and I was able to finally relax for the whole day and just be....it was lovely. Luxurious. And I will be doing it again.
