Do you want to start a meditation practice and are struggling to commit the time? Or super stressed throughout the day and know you need to do something to take time out of your day? Want to have a someone to meditate with, but don't want to leave the house.
Join me on Facebook Live Monday morning at 7am for a 20 minute set your intent - guided and breath meditation. Tuesday and Thursday at 1:10pm for 10 - 15 minutes and let's meditate together. We will do a combination of breath and guided meditations.
A little about Facebook live. You can see me, but I can't see you. So if you are wearing your PJs, haven't done your hair or just don't want to be seen, then this is ideal for you. I won't even know you're there, unless you post a comment. I'll be meditating with you, so if you open your eyes to look at the screen, you'll see me with my eyes closed as well.

- If you are unable to join that meditation, it will be available to watch on Facebook for up to a week later
- Be invited to a private Facebook page where there will be extra resources only available to you
- Be invited to longer workshops with different meditation sessions via Facebook

Come along for a guided meditation and let yourself forget the stress for 10 - 15 minutes.

About me: I used to work in a highly stressful job as Head of Learning and Development. I started meditating again for just 10 minutes a day.
