• Meditations for you

    Hello. Please feel free to share these meditations. They are short guided meditations for the new meditator or someone who loves a guided meditation as part of their practice. The cutting ties meditation has a specific reason for using it, so if you want to know more about it, send me an email. I've had great feedback about it and often do this meditation myself.

    Open your heart meditation: This meditation is about opening your heart. Learning to receive and give love. Using the universal I am, open your heart to believe that you are seen. You are loved. You matter.

  • Tune into your body meditation

    This meditation is designed to help you start to tune into your body and hear what it is telling you. The more often, you tune, the greater your ability to listen to what your body is telling. Our bodies are sending messages to our minds everyday, but we don't know how to hear. Practice listening and be surprised by what you hear.

  • Guided meditation to cut ties that bind

     

    A 10 minute guided meditation to help you cut the energetic connection between you and someone you want to cut those ties with. It doesn't mean that it ends your relationship, it just means you cut the ties that have already connected you. If you are in a loving relationship, it will still be that. But if you have ended something with someone, this is a meditation to cut those energetic connections that created in that relationship. To stop those moments where you can still feel them. You can do this more than once. Enjoy. The sound quality is not perfect.

  • Relax the body, to relax the mind

    I use this meditation when my body feels tight, or if I have a headache, or I just want to quieten the mind. Sit back, relax and let your body breathe.
