Things you can do in 10 minutes

  • meditate (some days only do 2 minutes - it all counts)
  • reflect - we don't take enough time to reflect on what has worked, what hasn't
  • take a walk - thinking and moving increases brain capacity by 20%
  • listen to music - choose the right tunes to change your mood (I have a morning playlist that inspires me and gets me moving)
  • have a 30 second dance party (thanks Katy)
  • 10 minutes of yoga
  • follow the body coach - he believes that 10 minutes of exercise a day can transform your body 
  • make a to do list
  • SMILE - probably the most important thing you can do. And it's ok to fake it until you feel it
