Hello. I'm Melanie. I am an accredited trainer and experienced coach. I have trained and coached individuals for over 17 years to make change. Are you ready?
I have been working towards where I am for the last 20 or so years. My break through moment was 13 years ago. I was working in a job where I was being bullied by my boss. I decided to do something about it. I thought I had the support of my team, but instead I was left to deal with it on my own. It was the best thing that could have happened. It wasn't an easy road, but with the help of a mindset coach I learnt how to have better relationships, to change the dynamics of all of my relationships and most importantly I went from victim to owner of my own life. I have used these same skills I learnt, to coach others to make changes in their life.
I love what I do. That moment when someone goes from grrrrr to aha. It makes me want to jump over the moon and ride it all the way to the sun.
What do I do? I help women like you make changes in your life, so that you can live the life you deserve. I do this through coaching, workshops and retreats. I believe in this busy world that we live, staying in our centre (that place of power) is challenging. Our centre is that place is where we feel everything is right with the world and the world responds to us positively when we in this place. But there are so many things that shift us from this place. Learn to stay strong in your centre and tools to bring you back when you need it.
Join me at one of my monthly meditations where I guide you in a meditation to come back into your centre or expel those emotions sitting in your body. I will intuitively guide you in a different meditation each month.
In one of my workshops, learn how to stay in your centre regardless of what happens to take your off centre. I will also show you how to shift the dynamics in your relationships. Don't swallow down your emotions. Learning your balance is about understanding yourself, your mind - body connection and your power within yourself.
I also provide 1-2-1 coaching using emotional intelligence, meditation and a number of other tools to help you bring your life and relationships into balance to get the best outcomes. This could be situations at work, your relationships. Who are you? Be the person who gets the best from your relationships and has balance in their life. Understand your value. This is not counselling.
I work with Start ups to help them create vision strategy, understand their revenue stream and work with them to set goals. Then help them remain accountable to achieve those goals. I do 1-2-1 coaching. Sometimes it is one off and something I will attend workshops they are running and advise from a training angle. I work with all types of start-ups, but the most important thing is that we fit and you are passionate about your business.

If you are ready for change - contact me to book onto a coaching program with others who feel the same way. You will have 1-2-1 coaching with me to determine what needs to change. Workbooks and weekly group coaching sessions to continue to make change. Let me support you in the change you want to make in your life.

What We Do
Workshops and retreats
I run half and full day workshops to help you design the life you want. I use NLP techniques to help you embed this, so your brain starts looking out for opportunities that will make this happen.
3 days in May - location and date TBD
I run three day intensive workshops. Meditate, do yoga, eat great food and learn techniques to retrain your brain to be happy. And understand who you truly are. What your core values are and how you can make yourself happy, everyday. You will also work on designing the life you want and walk away with goals to make this happen.
